Use a Natural Coffee Hand Soap to scrub away grime, ingrained dirt and oil.
Organic cocoa butter is combined with organic coconut and olive oils to produce a hard and bubbly coffee hand soap. This makes a soap which will easily remove ingrained grime. Great after gardening, painting or oily work. Made from freshly brewed organic coffee. (Ok, we may have enjoyed that freshly brewed coffee, in preparation for soap making…) The unique combination of fragrance and benefits of coffee will not just get you energised for the day but is also great for your skin. The coffee also works to remove the scents of garlic, chilli and fish from hands after cooking – this makes it a great kitchen soap. This soap also works well in the workshop or laundry sink for those grimy ingrained jobs. Scented with generous amounts of pure vanilla oil along with Organic Vanilla Paste from Tonga. It is a pleasure to use.
Why use Coffee in a soap?
Interestingly enough, the inclusion of coffee grounds makes for a powerfully deodorising soap. Coffee grounds are a perfect ingredient for removing disagreeable scents from your hands after, say, you’ve been cooking with a lot of garlic or fish, working on your car, or fixing the lawnmower. Because coffee is a diuretic, soaps containing coffee have been known to visibly reduce the appearance of cellulite by drawing fluid away from fat cells, essentially dehydrating the fat cells. This shrinks their size, resulting in a tightening effect from the outside. Coffee contains antioxidants that are amazing for overall skin health. Antioxidants fight premature ageing of the skin due to heat, light, pollution, and damaging free radicals. Coffee’s antioxidant power, flavonoids, are released when brewed, and are captured in the hand soap. So there you have, it’s not just for drinking.
