Ordering Your Be Natural Soap
Feel free to use the shopping cart system on our website. If you would like to talk to either Sarah or Susan, please call 0211791242 and we will endeavour to answer your query. We also take email orders which we invoice for.
Be Natural ships same day on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. All orders received after 2pm Thursday – Sunday will be shipped Monday morning. The Be Natural office is closed on Fridays.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, they are current and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We accept payment via:
If for any reason an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer you a refund. Delivery is by Fastway/Aramex Couriers and usually arrives overnight. You should have a tracking number in your email inbox (or spam) – please use the link to track your package, or email us if it doesn’t arrive in good time.
If you are not satisfied in any way with your Be Natural Soap product, you may return it (freight at your expense) within 30 days for a refund or exchange.If you have used the soap, and you are not satisfied, please just tell us why and we will process a refund if we deem it reasonable. You do not need to send back your used soap.
If the soap damaged in the post, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund or exchange any faulty product at our expense.
