At Be Natural Soap, we think it’s worth saying how and why things are made.
Our liquid Castile soap is made here in Taranaki, in small batches, using clean Taranaki rainwater, organic coconut oil and New Zealand avocado oil. The ingredient list is short because it should be. There’s no need for fillers, synthetic detergents or unnecessary extras when the basics are done properly.
We make our soap the traditional way – through real saponification – not by blending pre-made bases or masking weaknesses with thickeners or fragrance. That means what you’re buying is actual soap, not a product designed to look or feel like one.
This matters because real soap behaves differently. It’s concentrated, so you use less. It works across your home – on hands, dishes, floors and laundry – without needing a cupboard full of separate products. And it breaks down naturally after use, rather than lingering in waterways or on your skin.
Be Natural Soap works.
We believe good products should stand up to scrutiny. You should be able to understand what’s in them, where they’re made, and why they cost what they do. When you buy from Be Natural Soap, you’re not paying for hype or trends. You’re paying for ingredients, skill and time.
Making soap this way isn’t the fastest or easiest option, but it’s the most honest. It’s also the most practical. One well-made product that does many jobs is better value than several that do one thing each.
We’re proud to make soap in Taranaki, using local water and quality oils, and to sell it directly to people who care about what they use in their homes. Our aim isn’t to shout the loudest – it’s to make something dependable, useful and fair.
Because everyday products should work properly, last well, and earn your trust.
